The Scleroderma Center has two convenient locations for our clinic days each week. Patients can choose which location is most convenient.

Directions to the Scleroderma Clinic
From Interstate 90, Take Exit 5, Everett Road
Coming from the East, turn right off the ramp
Coming from the West, turn left off the ramp
Travel exactly 7/10 of a mile Pass the American Red Cross sign, take the first right onto Palisades Drive.
The Scleroderma Clinic is located in the first building on the left.

Directions from the North and South:
- Adirondack Northway I-87 to Exit 15.
- South on NY-50 toward Saratoga Springs.
- At the 6th light, take a slight right (not sharp) onto Van Dam Street. Follow the hospital sign.
~ Do not follow Route 50 down Broadway! ~
- Turn right onto right onto Care Lane.
- Arrive at 6 Care Lane.

(Allow 45 minutes from Albany; longer during the track season.)

Directions from the East or West:
- Take I-90 to the Northway and proceed as above.

Alternate directions from West:
- Route 29 East to Saratoga.
- Turn Left on West Ave.
- Take a left onto Church Street.
- Take the first right onto Care Lane.
- Arrive at 6 Care Lane.
