THE IPE REPLICATION TOOLKIT
The Scleroderma Interprofessional Education Replication Project aims to build on the success of the IPE: Focus on Scleroderma by enabling other institutions to replicate the model through the development of a series of tools and mentorship. The Steffens Foundation and our academic partners from Russell Sage College, Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and the Albany Medical Center Scleroderma Clinic, are developing a toolkit to provide potential replicators with resources which will help on their replication journey.
