Enjoy an evening of farm-to-table tastings, live entertainment, and community in support of the Steffens Scleroderma & Degos Disease Foundation at the historic Shaker Heritage Society.
Featuring tasting stations created by the culinary students of SUNY Schenectady County Community College and presentations of the Foundation Awards, this event will showcase the difference your support is making in the lives of those affected by scleroderma and Degos disease.
Tickets must be reserved in advance by completing the Registration & Payment Forms below.

After you’re finished, please pay with PayPal, Venmo, or credit card using the Payment Form below. Adult tickets are a $75 donation each. Children’s tickets are a $25 donation each.
